A new year, a new beginning...

With multiple changes to Homeland all hitting at once; 2012 shan't be one you'll want to miss a second of. With this new year steaming far ahead with such speed, many changes have already occured within Homeland and its community of Scarshield Legion. This is one of the changes that will be implemented for a continuous period. A monthly news update will be posted here; on the guild website news. It will contain the latest progression information, any guild changes that may be occuring, latest competition details and other guild and server successes will be shared here.

This will be a rather large news update as it is covering a wide range of details of which have been occuring over the Christmas and New Year break, whilst also announcing advances that will be seen up until Feburary 2012. Homeland's leadership would recommend you read all the following as it will bring you lots of information that we believe you should know.

Leadership Changes

Corsen, Homeland's Guild Master for almost 3 years, has decided to retire from World of Warcraft. He will be missed by many on Scarshield Legion and within his social community he raised from birth, Homeland. Since his departure, Corsen has presented Fahima to be Homeland's Guild Master for the future. Fahima has been an officer within Homeland since the summer months of 2009 and is hoping to continue Homeland's ever-succedding community for the future, allowing a fresh start to 2012 with this change in place.

Fahima has said: "I am so overwhelmed and priviledged to have been given the promotion to Guild Master. I hope to fulfill my duties and aim to continue Homeland's striving social success in the future and beyond." She also added: "If anybody has any questions about the leadership change, or any general questions about Homeland, please don't refrain to ask me!"

Additionally; Grinkle has also been officially promoted to officer, to continue to assist Tarrelle in leading Homeland's raids; as the raiding season begins rapidly again. Tarrelle will continue to lead Dragon Soul raids, whilst Grinkle will be charging through Firelands and T11 raids, with goes on Heroic modes.

Tinytwiddle will continue to lead PvP events, which have been taking a rest over the christmas period. These events will begin again as of Feburary 2012, with the first PvP event starting from the Wednesday 1st Feburary 2012.
